simple statscan data access with Python and R #10

Hi @blairdrummond,

I added a directory with examples of how to access StatCan data tables and cubes in Python and R. I am a contributor to one of the packages and tested the functionality.

@chritter Want to add !pip install and install.packages lines to the top of the python and R files to fetch those packages? Then we'll merge and close https://github.com/StatCan/kubeflow-containers/issues/29
