Refresh the self-storage (minio) docs to match current setup #32

Current docs are from before we had automatic credential injection, mounted drives, (maybe) shared namespaces, ... Look through the examples, find out what works/doesn't work, and make sure they're aligned with the current daaas documentation page

To clarify, the Storage wiki docs have been updated, but the storage examples have not (or at least must be checked for whether they're up to date). Things like how to get your credentials, etc., may have changed.

and while we're at it, we should also add notes on the storage wiki for how to get minio credentials
