Dev Testing : Create a Namespace #1228

Describe the bug

Trying to create a namespace in the dev site https://kubeflow.aaw-dev.cloud.statcan.ca after the istio upgrade.

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the https://kubeflow.aaw-dev.cloud.statcan.ca and log with an email never used but that is valid
  2. A 'Create a Namespace' Popup should appear
  3. Write the namespace name you want.
  4. Click finish
  5. This is where the button does not seem to work, and an error is visible in the console in devtool

Expected behavior

The namespace is created and the user is redirected to the main page.

Additional context

This might be due to the email.

This is a non-issue. The trouble is that the namespace already existed with this exact naming, therefore the account creation could not happen. An item was added to the epic of enhancement.
