2.0: New Welcome Page

Duplicate Jira issue: https://jirab.statcan.ca/browse/BTIS-77 Following https://github.com/StatCan/aaw/issues/1909 ticket, we will have an automatic notebook created upon namespace creation.

Refactor the visual of the Welcome Page, to include a direct link with said notebook. -> Possibly show the status of this notebook, (we could have a nice design for this).

Notes following up the elaboration of dec 21: -> We want as few clicks as possible for the new user, hence auto starting the 'default' notebook on login -> See the notebook's status + be able to start it (play) as a easy to use card ite, as wide as the page (or just very obvious/different. -> Status -> Name -> Image -> Last used -> Connect (Possibly text changing button that says 'Starting' And 'REady to connect' -> Keep the important links

The next step:

• Figure out if I can call jupyter-api to retrieve one specific notebook information
• Figure what format we want to display the notebook, in a table, with prompt: info? etc
• Display the information in the correct format
• Add a one click enter on the notebook

The team voted on Slack and option two was selected. A few changes might still happen but the general concept will come from option 2. Some ideas such as adding a details link for the default notebook was suggested, removing the image name.

Tasks that we need to do related to the Welcome Page

• [ ] Quick Shortcuts:
  • Do we want this section still?
  • What links to have? (Create seems good, maybe link to the cost section)
• [ ] Recent Notebooks:
  • If most users only have their default notebooks, do we want the section?
  • Is there still shared notebooks? Will they show up there?
• [ ] Documentation:
  • Which document links are still valid?
  • Any missing documentation?
