Add ReRun Example Notebook #1913

I've added an example notebook for ReRun, the multimodal time-series data visualizer.

I've added an example notebook for ReRun, the multimodal time-series data visualizer. I included 4 examples:

  1. basic, just bringing up the viewer
  2. 3d points using a cube dataset
  3. 3d time-series data using a dna double helix dataset
  4. multimodal time-series dataset

The ReRun Viewer itself runs best on desktop (Mac, Windows, Linux) but integrates into JupyterLab fairly well.
