I decided to define instructions for both the normal plugin as well as the kustomize instructions since I knew we used kustomize. I honestly don't know the full extent of the use of the kustomize instructions, but I assume they are ran when we kustomize add a secret. This is also where the vaultconfiguration secret is used. CNS instead defined the helm instructions in their implementation. This is something we could look at in the future for our implementation.
