Kubeflow dashboard displayed version: Currently showing 'build version v1beta1' #1933

This issue was raised by Dan Bonenfant

Can we take the lable off the Kubflow UI that says it is 'beta' . image I don't want to leave an impression with users that we are not in 'production' stable mode.

Although though the displayed version is most likely related to the version of the Kubeflow dashboard it would be best to move that somewhere else or hide it.

I'll just hide that info. Not sure if there would really be a better place to put it if we wanted to move it somewhere else, plus we don't really use any versioned releases right now with AAW. If in the future we wanted to use this, like for example to distinguish between AAW1.0 and AAW2.0, it can easily be added back in.
