Notebook OHSP-PSSB - Inaccessible #1982

Describe the bug

Since around 3:45pm (Oct 8), I lost access to the DAS. The notebook and folders that I was able to review suddenly become not accessible, and the error show up. (See attached image). Ruled out internet connection issue through trouble shooting steps. (See additional context)

Expected behaviour

Can view the notebooks and folders when click on the link.

Additional context

• Working from home (with Bell internet). • Troubleshooting steps taken: 1) asked other people to test the link, it can be open at the time. 2) After restarted the computer I can access to other website, emails, teams, the DAS notebook link can be opened for once then right after the error message shown up again. Issue resolved itself, client requested ticket to be closed.
