feat(restrict-hostnames): add integration tests. #28

Hey @sylus - Is there a way to add resources to setup a constraint test? This constraint is based on data on a Namespace resource, so we need to set up up first.

If not, I can add it as a step of the testing framework.

Spoke in today's standup. @sylus is not sure if there is a way of currently doing this. Will investigate and maybe add a setup section to the testing framework.
