fix: Conda solving environment #24

The geomatics libraries still take a while with variants of Solving environment: failed with initial frozen solve, but they do eventually go through, which is no issue for those using or extending the pre-built remote-desktop-geomatics image. Not sure if there's anything I can do about that without significantly diverging from geomatics-notebook-cpu. Everything else I've tried now installs smoothly.

Works great! Just tested on my machine and conda seems to be working fine.
