ml-workspace: Change branding to Remote Desktop #50

Per rename discussed in https://github.com/StatCan/daaas/issues/114. Some of this is text which is straightforward, but the rest is graphical. What should the 'ML' chip icon be replaced with?

With the switch to the landing page, the only remaining assets to rebrand would be the favicon and the '5xx.html' loading page, both presumably pending the design or selection of an icon.
