Resolves #46
Remove applications that do not have i18n support; glogg, gitlens extension for vscode, emacs.
To be determined still; Baobab (disk usage analyzer), EOG (Eye Of Gnome image viewer), DB Browser for SQLite (please see linked issue for context, the last comment). Resolved by overwriting .desktop files generated with ones that had translations.
Updated the following applications to make use of more up to date translations: Firefox

fr.json file for novnc to use with its own functions as well as messages.
autoconfig.js and firefox.cfg Used to determine what language Firefox in remote desktop should start in. Reads the first two characters from the LANG variable
How LANG is set
Uses the KF_LANG variable to set the following environment variables of LANG, LANGUAGE, LC_ALL
