Finished reading Modgen book.
Microsimulation and Population Dynamics. Belanger and Sabourin
Springer ISBN 978-3-319-44662-2 Borrowed from Statcan Library Call # ITC QA 76.9.C65 B45 2017

The book is a long overview / tutorial on how to create a model in Modgen. Despite its length, it only serves as a shallow overview of the process.

Closed as an ongoing task. If any documentation is found in the future regarding training for Modgen, update this ticket.
