Without knowing anything about what data is available for this, perhaps a package that imports and plots different sea level rise scenarios? There are likely a few orgs that make this data available but it might not be easy to import into and visualise in R

There are some excellent related Australian datasets on coastline changes from GeoScience Australia. Maybe there is room for an R Package to wrap these?
