Contemplate including terms like "far edge" and "remote edge" #43

Occasionally you see these terms appear in print. The glossary should be a resource where someone can look these up and get a definition. Even if the definitions are vague or do not have consensus, we can still include the words in the glossary and acknowledge the gaps and ambiguities.
