Establish criteria for inclusion in the landscape

Establish guidelines for evaluating new entry requests so that the criteria for being included/excluded is explicit and clear. Then:

• Publish the guidelines
• Evaluate every current and proposed entry agains those guidelines
• Create a process for saying "no" so that all requests are treated with dignity.
• Offer an appeals process

1. It directly impacts the acceleration of edge adoption and accelerates edge deployment.
2. May be a retrofit from another industry but must have specific edge-focused capabilities in it that make it valuable to the edge.
