Lesson 0 contained duplicate content between Arduino and Pico. Instead of maintaining this content, I removed both lesson0 folders and consolidated the information into the main README of this project. This helps reduce maintenance and also adds better details into the home page.
I also added one more file type to ignore related to temporary DrawIO files.
