Addon not working #2

Is still this addon with support, if PR's are made they will be pushed? Or no more interest in mantaining the addon?

It's not about interest, but a time issue for me. Apparently the 9gagtv api changed. Now to be found at http://9gag.tv/api/index/ But I don't know when i will be able to fix this.

Right now that site isn't working. Is also because of that?

Isn't possible to have your addon working again?

If nothing speaks agains it, I'm willing to take a look after work and try something...if that's okay?

If I could find info about the API, I would also try something, but I can't find nothing about their API... With me there's no problem.

I figure something out (I hope) ;) I re-imagined some addons already for my private use (see my git repos). Maybe I can do the same here :)

For playback I use the old YouTube addon. Also I use a different ID for the addon to avoid any conflicts. If this version is okay with you I request an update for the offz. repos.?

With or without login i get no results. Already seen the logfile and there's no error... I go to latest, headline and most popular and I get empty lists.

@Mafarricos please file me an issue here: https://github.com/bromix/plugin.video.bromix.9gag.tv/issues We should discuss the issue further there.

@StateOfTheArt89 is it okay with you, if I continue this addon to provide bugfixes and support? After the fix I would change the addon id to your first initialized addon id, so that updates from the official repos. would work and replace the old one.

@bromix you do not have to ask for any permissions from me :) my addon is not working (mostly a time issue for me) - so it is great someone else brought 9gagtv back to kodi (xbmc)

you guys know that the address kodinerds.net is not allowed according to our trademark policy?

mhm...I'm only a registered user there, because there are a lot of the german addon-devs. (like AddonScriptorDE and also dersphere). Isn't dersphere working on xbmc?

Earlier, I didn't want to appear rude :) and you're right with the domain name to avoid confusion.
