I know we originally had a mock of the new Texter UI that had a space for a star or bookmark icon. Was there a version and placement of that icon that we liked the most? @arena
I vote bookmark since these aren't faves you want to keep for ever and ever, but a reminder of a spot you need to go back to before you're done with it.

..a conversation could be bookmarked no matter how it's sorted.
I definitely want a way to bookmark. As a workaround, when I text I keep a text file with links to all the interesting conversations that I want to mention.
e.g. In 2020 I was handling neglected conversations and I would sometimes encounter contentious conversations where a volunteer needed some guidance or strange requests from contacts. I would note those and send a link to all the interesting ones at once to a moderator after getting through my hundreds of responses.
Problem Important conversations get lost in the flood of texts and the only way to find them is to browse conversations one by one in each list.
Solution: A way to bookmark or star a conversation A way to apply a bookmark.
Example Scenario I was texting with a voter that needs help getting government ID, I found a resource for them, but now I can't find the conversation since I replied saying I would do some research and get back to them. The conversation is somewhere in a 100's of past replies.
Design Happy to mock something up if that would be helpful, but imagine a star that can be filled in or a bookmark that can be filled in in the upper right hand corner of the conversation. Then imagine a button for bookmarked conversations on the home page.
