Bug: Phone number purchase bug for Bandwidth #2195

Describe the bug Purchasing/deleting phone numbers directly in bandwidth.com won't reflect when you click the "Phone Numbers" tab in Spoke

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Enable DEFAULT_SERVICE=bandwidth and PHONE_INVENTORY=1
  2. Purchase phone numbers for an organization directly in bandwidth.com
  3. Issue: Purchased phone numbers won't appear when you click the "Phone Numbers" tab in Spoke

Expected behavior When purchasing or deleting phone numbers directly in bandwidth.com, it should reflect in the "Phone Numbers" tab in Spoke

Additional context The Bandwidth phone number purchase feature hasn't been thoroughly tested, so I believe there are additional bugs. This feature needs to be thoroughly tested.

This is also an issue with Twilio integration. Also Toll Free and Short code don't show on the front end.
