Describe the bug
When texting, the user has the option to click "All Responses" in the bottom left corner to pick from the next interaction steps. However, when there are no more interaction steps programmed, the button is still viewable and looks like there is a drop down menu.
This is what it looks like even with no options
This is confusing.
To Reproduce
1 - Start a campaign.
2 - Fill in boiler plate description
3 - Use fake data
4 - In the interaction steps, only fill out the first step, including "autorespond" in your message.
5 - send one text, go back to texter todo page, and click respond
6 - note "All Response" drop down in bottom left that does nothing
Expected behavior
If there are no more interaction steps, the "All Response" button disappears or greys out; some method of telling the user there are no more interaction steps.
