Integration with MLJ #2

MLJ could use a good Xgboost implementation IIRC, and you have some cool functional programming concepts used here. Have you thought about combining forces?

We are certainly interested in pure-Julia gradient boosting algorithms and would be happy to help the JuML authors implement the MLJ model interface for their XGBoost implementation.
