Revive JuML? #3

XGBoost.jl has stopped working for all but the latest Macs (c++ compilation error), highlighting the need for native Julia algos.

Is there a way to revive JuML? It was a great idea.

Yes, good timing, I am planning to rewrite JuML in a style similar to my cortado/cortado-fs XGBoost. Ideally it would be part of a bigger Julia ML package. I haven't been following Julia for a while so if you have any suggestions please let me know.
