Add better hover effect #95

Pull Request: Enhancing Navbar Hover Effect

In this commit, I've implemented an improved hover effect for Navbar links. The existing hover effect in Keep-react merely changes the background color, which lacks a modern aesthetic. To enhance the visual appeal, I have introduced a grayscale effect, set to 100% by default. Upon hovering, the grayscale reverts to 0%, resulting in a more contemporary appearance.

Additionally, I've incorporated a transition with a duration of 300ms to ensure a smooth and seamless user experience.
