Steps to run python scripts on EC2 #171

The goal of this issue is two-fold:

  1. write a readme file on how to login to EC2 instance from the command line and FileZilla, how to copy files from local machine or github to EC2 instance, and how to run files in EC2 using the command line and crontab.

  2. Also, we need to keep a changelog and write a protocol on how to request changes in EC2 and how to commit the final code.

Yes! Should be done soon. Just adding some finishing touches to the READ ME.
