Sleep monitoring is added #229

Added sleep monitoring as a tab. The app data is sent to server using a public private key encryption. The environment file contains the public key. The environment file will distributed over slack.

@eurashin @sarahrathnam it would be great to have your feedback and add it to the main app.

@sarahrathnam based on your comment, I used descriptions of what each function does. Hope that will improve clarity.
