Bring back original ADAPTS functionality #248

  1. Monitoring is removed and replaced with inspirational quotes. Ensure that it is working.
  2. The burger menu is replaced with adapts version
  3. Money is awarded as scheduled. Currently, money is disabled because we were not paying for the Harvard study.
  4. The caregiver and AYA versions are showing up as different versions.
  5. The older survey and timing are restored.
  6. The app usage is working.

Get the generateStudyMonitoring.py script from Annisa.
