Also included value over threshold as a summary function for "Number of rain days" in Climate_refclass.R.

Edited plot_annual_rain_total.R and Plot_yearly_rain_count.R

Hi Danny,

Could you please assess the changes that I have implemented, especially on plot_annual_rain_total.R. Also, I need your advice on how to compute the mean_rain per rainy day in climate_refclass.R......why is it considering the whole year in computing the mean? How will I used the "Number of rain days" column as my denominator?
