All Bodies, Fix Hips #60

To implement the new hair system, I need to remove all white outside of the lines. (Previously, it didn't matter because the background was all white. Now, I'm putting hair behind the base so I can't have white overlap or it will be ugly.)

However, my original system had middle-sized hips in the base image, so I have to replace that with narrow hips instead. Otherwise, the larger hips will be on bottom and show through when the narrow hips are on top.
