Create Large Tool Icons

Create large icons for tools in the shop which can be flashed above the screen during the tutorial and to explain what they are used for.

Already programmed a new inventory_popup screen with no message, since this info will be in the dialogue box instead. (popup messages are only good for item names or very short messages.)

Need to make it tied to a specific dialogue instead, or just add it as an item on the screen. Probably just add it as an item on the screen, forget the popup bit that doesn't make sense.
