Axe mineable tag is done incorrectly #4

Describe the bug Axes don't work because you replaced the file

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install the mod
  2. Use an axe on anything. They won't work properly

Expected behavior The mineable.json tag works

EDIT: the looper item does not exist, so it's best to either remove the file or to submit a blank one.

Fixed in v3.0.
