For Oculus Touch, "A", "B", "X", "Y" appear in the input debugger, but not in the selection for a public component InputAction #11

Is this inconsistency by design, or is it a bug?

Based on our conversation today, this ties into the usages vs aliases question as well.

ABXY inputs replaced with "primary button" and "secondary button" on each controller.
