Initial addition of configurable statefile. Minor perfdata output fix. #67

Made the basedir/statefile configurable and not hardcoded in script. Fixed error when printing perfdata when there wasn't any, only an issue when you have negated interfaces that have no perfdata history.

You need to modify the command-plugins-manubulon.conf to add the options. Modification shown in doc/03-Configuration.md

Because of previous changes, the conflicts should have to be resolved accordingly.
