Memory Card Issue with r36 and r40 #12

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. r36 and r40 both say my memcard is out of region, to format
2. format card, saves
3. go to wii settings, data, gamecube, check memcard, says needs format, can't 
see actual saves, but it does save as I load a game, it will load a save

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
to save and have wii recognize saves throughout system menu settings....again 
it says in my wii data settings for gamecube need to format even though a game 
itself says it's formatted now and saves...

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

r36, r40

This can be removed as apparently it only affect and mod by FIX94 for the jap 
paper mario that he was handing out.....works fine with unpatched/unmodded as 
it's spose to.....sorry about the mixup
