Fzero startup fails in r43 #17

Fzero GX fails to load after the logos and memory card check appears, resetting 
just before the main title screen. R42 does not have the problem.

r43 has a ton of problems...think that ww dungeon map patch broke more than it 
fixed.....Mario Kart Double Dash, and Sonic Adventure DX don't work 
either....and that was the end of my testing, went back to r42 for now....
