Build on linux #5

I successfully created the DML cMIOS with my Ubuntu Box and I thought maybe 
others would like to do so. Here is the patch to make this possible. -Just use 
make instead of using the bat file-. This should not break anything on windows 
but I did not test.

Found a cleaner solution to ensure that make uses FixDML.exe on windows and the 
built FixDML on linux. Still not tested on windows.

I'm getting a bunch of failed hunk errors when I go to patch.

I've updated the patch file, but still can't build dios-mios because I don't 
have arm-eabi-gcc.  There are no packages for debian which contain it and I'm 
having major problems trying to build it from source.
