Black bars on TimeSplitters Future Perfect - French PAL Version #63

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Just load the game and you see the black bars on the right and a little 
black bar under the screen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
...

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Wiiflow r418 or CFG USBLoader v70 no cheat, no NMM, the iso is not corrupted 
because he work on dolphin.

Please provide any additional information below.
It's the French PAL Version of the game.

PS: Sorry for the issue 62 it's fine now for me, but i don't know why.
