ProtonUp-Qt probably should be in the default install. #121

Is your feature request related to a problem?

GE Proton builds are pretty much essential to get the most out of a Steam install on Linux.

What is your feature request?

Therefore, I'd suggest adding ProtonUp-Qt so that a more friendly way of managing these instances is included.

Are there any workarounds?

Turns out it's in there already. Well, that's what I get for going off what's listed in features while I'm still trying to get it installed.

Now that I have it working, I can see it's there.
