Fix issues with port variables and novnc sound #4

These should fix the issues people had with changing the port variables and sound with novnc. The build_ci.yaml was also changed so it would point to my repo. You should probably remove that.

The build_ci.yml will need to be changed before this can be merged

It is standard practice to create PRs from a feature branch rather than you forked master branch. That way you avoid issues like this
