During the visual novel sale about 1/3 of the games I opened from the sales page did not support English at all, and currently there's no way to know this beforehand.
It would be useful to have language filters there, at least the first language filter from the instant search: https://github.com/SteamDatabase/steamdb.info-issues/issues/671
