Move Store/Hub/Patches buttons #818

Feature Description

I'd like to see these buttons moved up next to the "Install" and "Watch" buttons. image image

I always default to looking at the top for the Store button whenever I'm on a SteamDB page, so now I've finally decided to put in this request.
