Loader - Uninstall Per Plugin not Working #164

Creating this issue on behalf of @Ben_OnAir.

Running version v2.0.5-pre-18 Ben was able to consistently reproduce decky-loader not actually uninstalling plugins via the "Uninstall" option in the Plugins section of settings.

Ben was able to consistently reproduce the issue and did so while I observed via a discord screen share which I also recorded.

Resolved as of aeb2decfc1a0543d59dcf8cb7b41a066826f291f.
