A simple plugin that is using ryzenadj to apply Curve Optimizer to CPU.

1.0.7 changes 1) Fixed not being allowed to save preset for some games 2) Fixed crash after game launch 3) Fixed timeout for presets 4) Fixed status showing false info on start 5) Fixed run on startup
