Update ProtonDB Badges to v1.1.0 #678

ProtonDB Badges v1.1.0

Thank you @FrogTheFrog for the update! ❤️

Migration to new Decky API
Fixes ProtonDB badge staying on screen while game is loading
Fixes the focus changing back to play button when trying to select the badge
Changing the badge settings no longer requires you to back out of the game page to see changes
Fixes game page flickering
Minimalist badge focus now supports mouse hover.
