Bump XR Gaming plugin to v0.11.1.6

This plugin installs and configures Breezy Vulkan, which provides various features for XR glasses.

This update includes a fix to provide a more stable image for Rokid glasses (less drift).

All the Breezy changes can be seen in the comparison view between Breezy 0.11.1.6 and the version currently in the store (0.11.1.5). You can ignore most of the noise in that package, though, since it's shared with Breezy GNOME, the only change that's actually making it out to the decky plugin is this commit to the XR driver.
