SRM Fails to stop and start steam if steam is installed in a non-default location (ie anywhere but ${env:PROGRAMFILES(x86)}\\Steam\\).
Steps to reproduce the behavior
Have steam installed in a non-default directory.
Add games via SRM with "Auto kill Steam" and "Auto restart Steam" enabled.
SRM times out since it does not find steam.exe in ${env:PROGRAMFILES(x86)}\\Steam\\
Expected behavior
Stop and start steam using the Steam Directory Environment Variable in SRM Settings if set (unless I have misunderstood and Steam User Data and the Steam executable can be in separate locations and Steam Directory Enivronmant Environment Variable in SRM Settings is only for the Steam User Data
