import not working #85

Describe the bug Says Steam is open and to close it, even though it wasn't open

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'steamgriddb manager
Click on 'menu' (three bars at top left)
Click on 'import'
Click on 'import all'
See error

Expected behavior I expected the games from Epic and Origin to import into the manager

Windows 10, 1903

This is likely fixed by 622259617da73d9ed00470dd52052ac22fd3c414 and e293f97c53468374e15954da9c0ea2f27ca81c07.
