Hide desktop when closing game over Steam In Home Streaming #95

When running a game over Steam In Home Streaming, the exit process of the PowerShell script displays the desktop.

Is there a way to make this cleaner so that perhaps it remains a black screen, or even better, an "exiting" fade screen like you see in many arcade emulator setups (i.e. RocketLauncher).

Just a bit of polish to the start/end process.

There's a lot of cases when streaming that can show the desktop, and as somebody who uses this feature a lot, I would love to see my desktop a lot less. I'm not sure how this can be done, but it would be nice to see. If anybody has any ideas, please get in touch.
