Markup validation of the new website #139

I ran the W3C validator on the new website (currently staging.steamlug.org) and a couple of pages failed:

https://staging.steamlug.org/irc: Issue with the iframe width and height units

https://staging.steamlug.org/stream: Images are missing the alt attribute
