2337b5f is good, just wanted to test on a few touch devices, 6c1feaa is smart, thanks. Was intending to go through and swap our capitalised S&E to lowercase, so I’d prefer the reverse of 86a0705. Thoughts?
I think uppercase S??E?? looks more natural when used inside Titles That Have Lots of Uppercase, but have no strong feelings either way as long as it's consistent.
I tested that clicking to make the the sub menus sticky still works in FF, Chrome, and even IE 11 (site is broken anyway in IE 6, 8). However, I don't have access to a mobile browser where that sticky behavior is presumably much more important.
